Terms of Service

Welcome to aimaker.site and its subdomains animals.aimaker.site and wave.aimaker.site (together, the "Site" or "Service"). The Site is operated by Spring Hao ("we", "us"), an individual / sole trader under the laws of the People's Republic of China.

By visiting the Site, playing the free content, completing checkout, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) have read and agree to these Terms; (b) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (c) if you pay, are at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent and they complete the payment.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised Terms. Licences for purchases already completed are not reduced by later updates.

1. The Service

The Site offers 3D games that run in a browser. For each game the first level (or first chapter) is free and playable in full; remaining levels unlock with a single payment.

The Service is a digital, intangible product delivered over the internet. Paid access is granted as soon as payment is confirmed. Refunds follow Section 6.

Current titles are Adventure: Explore Prehistoric Animals and WAVEBREAKER. In-game narration and some atmosphere audio are pre-authored digital assets, not an AI product that generates new works from prompts you submit to us.

2. What a purchase gets you

Buying gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play all levels of that game for as long as the Site operates.

  • Pay once. This is not a subscription. Nothing auto-renews and the same order will not be charged again.
  • The licence is yours personally. Do not resell, lend, or publicly share the unlock.
  • If the Site has to shut down for reasons beyond our control we will try to give notice, but we cannot promise perpetual hosting.

You are buying the right to play, not the copyright. Code, art, audio and writing remain with their owners. Third-party assets stay under their own licences, credited in each game.

3. No account

You do not register to play. When you pay, you must give checkout a real email address so we can send the confirmation and unlock. Keep that inbox and the unlock details safe. Losses from a wrong email, a leaked unlock, or a lost device are yours.

If you think your order or unlock is being used without permission, email sale@aimaker.site at once.

4. Price, tax, and one-time charge authorisation

Listed prices: Adventure: Explore Prehistoric Animals full unlock USD 3.90; WAVEBREAKER full unlock USD 4.90. The price shown on the Site and at checkout at the time of purchase governs. Later price changes do not affect completed purchases.

Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, and similar). Where the law requires, tax is calculated and collected at checkout by the payment processor.

Completing checkout means you expressly authorise Waffo Pancake to charge your payment method once, for the amount shown at checkout. That authorisation is for that transaction only. It is not consent to recurring or automatic charges.

5. Payment and Merchant of Record

Payment is processed by Waffo Pancake as Merchant of Record. Waffo Pancake is the legal seller: it collects the money, issues the receipt, and calculates and remits tax. Its name (for example WAFFO or Waffo Pancake) is what appears on your card statement.

Card data is handled exclusively by Waffo Pancake under PCI-DSS and is not stored on our servers. We receive notice that an order was paid, plus the email needed to deliver the unlock.

6. Refunds

Every game has a free portion. Please play it first and confirm your device runs it and that you want the rest.

We will refund

  • Unused within 7 days: if you ask within 7 days of first purchase and you have not used the paid unlock (you have not entered that game's paid levels or paid chapters), you may have a full refund.
  • Duplicate charges: a full refund of the extra charge caused by a billing error.
  • Non-delivery: if we fail to grant paid access in a reasonable time and cannot fix it, a full refund.
  • Statutory rights: cooling-off or withdrawal rights where the law gives them (for example the 14-day period in the EU / UK) are reserved.

Generally not refunded

  • A one-time unlock after you have used the paid content (except the cases above).
  • Orders terminated because these Terms were broken.

How to ask

Email sale@aimaker.site with the checkout email, transaction or order id, and the reason. You may also use the Waffo Pancake customer portal. We confirm within 2 business days; approved refunds usually return by the original method in 5–10 business days.

The same policy is saved in Waffo Pancake store settings and shown at checkout.

7. Billing disputes

If you think a charge is wrong, email sale@aimaker.site before you dispute it with your bank. We reply within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not bypass payment checks, or crack or distribute unlocks.
  • Do not run automated high-frequency requests, load tests, or anything else that disrupts the Service.
  • Do not repackage, redistribute, or commercially resell the Site's content.
  • Do not use the Site for illegal activity or to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.

Breaking any of the above may end the licence without a refund.

9. Data and privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Card data is processed by Waffo Pancake. There is no user account; game progress stored in the browser can be deleted by you at any time.

10. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted service, freedom from defects, or correct behaviour on every device and browser.

3D games have hardware requirements. Older devices may stutter or fail to load. Try the free levels first.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

11. Minors

The person who pays must be 18 or older. Someone under the age of majority where they live may play the free content with a parent or guardian's knowledge and consent; any purchase must be made by that adult.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

If a dispute arises, the parties shall first try to settle it in good faith by writing to sale@aimaker.site. If that fails, either party may bring a claim in a people's court with jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page at least 14 days in advance; if we have your order email we may also write to you. Continued use is acceptance. Updates do not take away the licence for purchases already completed. If one clause is held invalid, the rest remain in force. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Spring Hao about the Service.
