Spring Hao ("we") respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you use aimaker.site, animals.aimaker.site and wave.aimaker.site (the "Service"), and the rights available to you.
Please read this Policy before using the Service. Using the Service means you have read and agree to it. We may update it; material changes will be posted on this page and, if we have your order email, we may also write to you.
We do not sell your personal information, including as "sale" is defined under laws such as the CCPA.

2. Personal information we collect
Only categories we actually process. There is no account, so we do not collect a registration name, password or phone number.
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Payment: checkout email, transaction amount, payment status, order / transaction id. Full card numbers are not stored by us — card data is processed by the payment processor (see Section 5).
- Communications: emails, refund reasons and feedback you send to sale@aimaker.site.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Device and network: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, approximate time zone (via host logs or Clarity).
- Usage: pages visited, clicks and scrolling (Clarity on animals.aimaker.site only).
- Logs: request time, path, error and performance-related records (Cloudflare access logs).
- On-device game progress: Adventure: Explore Prehistoric Animals stores finds in browser localStorage. It never leaves your device. Clearing site data deletes it.
We do not collect precise GPS location, we do not offer third-party login, and we do not collect a delivery address.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data for statistics. That data cannot identify you.

Analytics tool: Microsoft Clarity. Policy: Microsoft Privacy Statement. The home page and wave.aimaker.site do not load Clarity. Google Fonts exposes your IP to Google when fonts load; block fonts.googleapis.com and the page falls back to system fonts.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information, including as "sale" is defined under laws such as the CCPA. We share only as follows:
- Service providers: cloud, payment and analytics vendors, bound by their terms and confidentiality. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS certified processor, Waffo Pancake, and is not stored on our servers. Waffo policy: www.waffo.ai/en/privacy.
- Cloudflare: hosting and delivery.
- Microsoft: Clarity on animals.aimaker.site only.
- Google: font loading.
- Legal requirements: where required by law, court order or a lawful regulator.
- Business transactions: merger or acquisition, with as much notice as we can give and continued protections.
- With your consent: any other purpose only with prior explicit consent.
We have no revenue-share partners for user data and we are not a two-sided marketplace.
6. Data security
- Encryption in transit: TLS / HTTPS.
- Storage: we do not keep card numbers and we have no password database. Order emails and payment status are kept only as needed to fulfil the order.
- Access control: the operator handles support and order data personally, on a least-necessary basis.
We do not claim ISO 27001 or SOC 2. If a security incident affects your rights, we will notify affected people (where we have an email) and the relevant authorities within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, as required by law. Keep your checkout email and unlock details to yourself.

8. Your data rights
To exercise any right below, email sale@aimaker.site. We respond within 30 calendar days.

With no account, clearing browser data removes progress and language preference. For Clarity data we can help relay a deletion request to Microsoft. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
9. Marketing and opt-out
We do not send marketing email, SMS or ads. There is no marketing list to unsubscribe from.
Essential service notices — order confirmation, refund status, security and policy updates — may still go to your checkout email and are not a marketing opt-out.
10. International data transfers
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare. Microsoft Clarity and Waffo Pancake may process data in the United States, Singapore or other places outside China. For those transfers we:
- send data only to recipients needed to run the Service;
- rely on their contracts as processors and, where they apply, EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an equivalent safeguard.
11. Children's privacy
Paid features are for people aged 18 or over. Free play may be used by children with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and we do not create child accounts. If you believe your child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12. Third-party links and services
The Service links to game subdomains, Waffo Pancake checkout and other external sites. This Policy applies only to data we collect directly. We are not responsible for third-party practices; read their policies before you use them.
13. Changes to this Policy
For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by updating the date on this page, and we may also email you if we have an order address. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
